Persons booking rooms for the UCCI conference should reference group code UCCI 12.
- All rates subject to 22% tax/service/environmental fee
- All rates include a continental breakfast daily and wireless Internet.
- Also offers a full hot buffet breakfast for hotel guests only for CI$5 per person (US$6.25)
- All rates are for single & double occupancy
- All rooms have full kitchens which are fully equipped

- Restaurant offers a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Rate covers Studio Room, with bed options: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full size beds. Pull-out sofa beds are available on request
- Common areas such as the lobby, restaurant and pool area has Wi-Fi Internet access
- Shuttle services to George Town, grocery store and beach are available for $5.00 per person per day
- Bicycle, tennis rackets, movies, game boards can be rented/borrowed from the front desk
- There is a fitness centre on site, along with laundry facility
