Presenters

Format of presentations

The conference format will include plenary and breakout sessions, during which papers will be presented. Programme details are to follow.

The format for presenting papers will be 20-minute oral presentation by each speaker (followed by 15-minute end of session discussions). Each session will be chaired to ensure presenters keep to this timetable, and 15-minute periods are allowed for movement between sessions. Fortunately, all rooms are located in close proximity, so moving between sessions should be relatively smooth.

Standard presentation set-up will be available, including laptop and overhead projection. Other special hardware or software requirements will be speakers’ responsibility, though organisers will try to help if speakers contact organisers ahead of time.

Presenters are asked to forward, two weeks’ prior to conference start, any PowerPoint presentations or other supporting material to Ms. Diane Campbell. This material will be ready and waiting for presenters at their scheduled times of presentation.

Any queries about the format of the presentations should be sent to Dr. Stephanie Fullerton-Cooper

Any concerns about the technical set up should be addressed to Mr. Kevin Hudson
